TruNarrative and First Response Finance announce customer onboarding partnership

First Response Finance delivers direct lending solutions to its customers and partners with a number of FCA registered dealers who share the same values around customer service.

TruNarrative have built a Financial Crime Management platform with lenders like First Response in mind. The platform is developed by configuration rather than code, enabling the Business User to adapt strategies, write and edit rules, access dynamic reporting management information and quickly integrate new services via our Open API Management platform.

The initial implementation will see First Response use the TruNarrative platform to enhance capabilities and efficiencies around how they perform elements of their KYC process.

Using the TruNarrative platform to manage PEPs and Sanctions, checks at onboarding and for ongoing monitoring, ensures First Response remain compliant with anti-money laundering legislation, whilst ensuring a low friction customer experience and full visibility of their risk levels.

This partnership enables First Response to build customisable rules to fit their risk profile. Importantly they can quickly and easily adapt these rules at a business level, without impacting on internal IT resources. Our partnership also ensures First Response can efficiently review and decision AML referrals via the TruNarrative workflow and case management suite to improve operational efficiency.
